PLEASE NOTE: It's come to my attention that some of you are having difficulty opening and/or viewing the PDF files. Hopefully, the reload will work (I suspect the non-standard filenames were the problem) -- but if they still do not work, try the HTML versions. The formatting is crappy, but these files should open on everyone's computer. Also, if there is no blue link, that means I have not yet received (or formatted) the file for this project, but it's (hopefully) on the way. -- j.
